Founded in 2000 by Alain Jaouen, Eric Ravelomanantsoa and Philippe Simon formerly from Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and Marc Fourrier from Delphis, Dexem original focus was on Call center/CTI consulting and development.

This shifted in 2006 with the launch of our flagship product called Voice Publisher.

Voice Publisher allows our end customers and our resellers to create and deploy great voice and call routing applications, to manage changes in real-time and to perform analytics on calls, callers interactions and callees efficiency.

At the end of 2009, we'll release our Analytics module as a separate product for experienced VoiceXML developers. Analytics provides a comprehensive set of real-time reports allowing to accurately measure the effectiveness of every IVR and call routing application.

We are located in Rennes, west of Paris (France). Dexem is privately owned and profitable.
